Air Fryer Garlic Ciabatta Bread

Crispy flavorful garlic bread that comes out perfect each and every time, made easy by air frying! Ciabatta rolls and ingredients you already have in your pantry make this simple and delicious for spur of the moment amazing treat.

I’m not giving specific amounts for this recipe, just an ingredients list. Make 1 roll or twenty, the choice is yours. Put as much of each ingredient on top of your rolls to suit your own taste. Enjoy!

Ingredients

Ciabatta rolls split in half

Extra virgin olive oil

Diamond Crystal kosher salt

Freshly ground black pepper

Granulated garlic or garlic powder

Parmesano Reggiano or Pecorino Romano, grated on a Microplane

Dried Italian herb seasoning

Paprika

Hot pepper flakes, optional

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425º F (220º C) on Air Fryer setting if possible. Drizzle the olive oil on each cut half of the ciabatta roll. Brush with a pastry brush to distribute evenly. Season with salt, pepper and granulated garlic or garlic powder.

Grate the cheese on top of each roll half. Then season with dried Italian herbs, a sprinkle of paprika and hot pepper flakes, if using. Place in the Air Fryer basket and slide into your preheated oven. Air fry for about 5-8 minutes or until hot and the cheese is bubbling. Enjoy!
