The Branding Brazos statue series is truly spectacular and monumental, paying homage to an important part of Texas folklore and history, the Chisholm Trail.

Our stroll along the Riverwalk took us passed the Branding Brazos sculptures, passed Peace Officers Memorial Park and Veterans’ Memorial Park and onward to the Sculpture Zoo. We certainly got our 10,000 steps that day!!!

In my opinion this is the heartbeat of Waco. It has everything. A safe place for exercise. Art. Beautiful scenery. It’s a place to honor those who have fought to keep us safe. And a place to find your inner child while enjoying the marvelous zoo animals artists have created for us admire at Cameron Park.
